Corporate membership at the Nigeria Institute of Digital Marketing (NIDM) is designed for businesses aiming to enhance their engagement within industry-specific networks, gain exclusive access to specialized training, and uphold the highest standards in digital marketing, sales, and customer service management. NIDM welcomes organizations from various sectors to join as Corporate Members, whether to support their internal teams, advance industry practices, or contribute to the institute’s growth. Adherence to the NIDM Code of Conduct is a requirement for all membership levels.

Benefits for Corporate Member Employees

  • Event and Product Discounts: Employees receive discounts on NIDM events and products.
  • Individual Membership Discounts: Employees are entitled to reduced subscription fees for Individual Membership, including for Student Members at academic institutions that are Corporate Members.
  • Exemption from Joining Fees: All employees are exempt from the joining fee for Individual Membership.
  • One Free Individual Membership: Provided as part of the corporate membership package.

  • Logo Usage: Permission to use the NIDM Corporate Member logo on your company’s website, stationery, and publications.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Letter of Interest:

    • Addressed to the Membership Committee.
    • Outline your reasons for seeking membership, how it aligns with your business goals, and what your organization can contribute to the institute.
    • Include a commitment to adhere to the institute’s ethical and professional standards.

  2. Certificate of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC):

    • Submit a certified copy of your Certificate of Incorporation issued by the CAC.
    • Ensure the certificate is current and verifies that your organization is in good standing.

  3. Membership Fee:

    • Payment of ₦300,000 as the corporate membership fee.
    • Use the official payment channels provided by NIDM and attach proof of payment to your application.

Application Process

  1. Submission of Documents:

    • Compile and submit the letter of interest, Certificate of CAC, and proof of payment via the official online portal or mail.

  2. Review and Verification:

    • The Membership Committee will verify the authenticity of submitted documents and compliance with membership criteria.
    • Additional information or clarification may be requested during the review.

  3. Approval:

    • Upon successful verification, the Membership Committee will decide on the application.
    • Applicants will receive an official notification regarding their membership status.

  4. Onboarding:

    • Approved organizations will receive:
      • A Corporate Membership certificate.
      • Access to exclusive members-only content and resources.
      • Invitations to upcoming events and training.
    • An orientation session may be provided to maximize the membership experience.

Ongoing Membership Obligations

  • Annual Renewal:

    • Membership must be renewed annually, including a review of the organization’s adherence to NIDM standards and payment of an annual fee.

  • Active Participation:

    • Members are encouraged to actively engage in NIDM-organized events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

  • Compliance with Ethical Standards:

    • Members must consistently uphold the ethical practices endorsed by NIDM. Failure to comply may result in suspension or revocation of membership.
